Welcome to the Iron Legs 25k, this is a great race that will challenge all that attempt it. Now don't let the distance trick you as this is a tough course with an elevation gain that is about 745m ( 2450ft), and the addition of a doing it at NIGHT it will be a challenge for everyone. The start time for this distance is 8:30pm. This is not a typo as it is a NIGHT RACE.
Course : The course starts at Paddy’s Flats Group Campground and heads North on the Elbow Valley Trail and then onto Ridgeback Trail before branching off onto Bobcat, after Bobcat the course heads down the Fullerton Loop to Allan Bill. At Allan Bill you will find the aid station, This is your chance to stock up before running back to Station Flats and the finish line.

Cut Off Times : There is one cut-off time on the 25k course:
1. Fullerton Aid Station 7 at 12am. This time cut-off is in place to allow enough time to finish the race by the 2am cutoff at the finish line.

Mandatory Gear : While the list of mandatory gear is small, I do suggest that you carry more gear with you. Being that this race is a mountain race that takes you through remote and exposed areas, be prepared for all kinds of conditions.

Race bib
Hydration pack or water bottles - min. 1L
